Description

This patient presented for information on breast augmentation. She desired to larger, rounder breasts and a more feminine aesthetic. After reviewing her anatomy and goal photos in detail, Dr. Gray selected high profile silicone gel breast implants. The implants were placed underneath the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Dr. Gray went on to sculpt the breast implant pockets around the implants to create cleavage. Results are pictured 4 months post-surgery.
