A SAN FRANCISCO EXPERIENCE
When arriving at our office, patients first experience the beautiful, Mayan-inspired art deco architecture of the historic 450 Sutter Building, a genuine relic of San Francisco history. Built in 1928, the building sits adjacent to Union Square, the retail and cultural hub of San Francisco. Union Square is home to the city’s most extensive collection of luxury department stores and boutique shops, making it one of the premier tourist attractions in the Western United States.
Our office is on the 23rd floor, which allows for some truly breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, downtown San Francisco, Union Square, and more. The office still contains some of the original walnut wall paneling and other artistic attributes that give it a uniquely “Old San Francisco” vibe. Our local and out of town patients also enjoy the many luxurious hotels and tourist activities in the area.

At Bay Area Plastic Surgery, we have a very stylish yet cozy reception area that we are proud to show off. We like for our patients and new visitors to feel relaxed and happy when visiting us, so we have gone out of our way to add the little details that will leave them feeling at ease. The comfy seating, informative reading materials, and beautiful décor will cause you to feel almost as if you were relaxing in your own living room. Our office staff members are always helpful, friendly, and inviting to make your stay even more pleasant in the reception area.
ABOUT OUR CONSULTATION ROOMS
Dr. Gray believes that spending time with his patients during the consultation, answering questions, and reviewing expectations are the most critical parts of the surgical consult. Developing a good relationship with patients is very important to him. Dr. Gray starts the consultation by meeting with the patient in his office, reviewing health history, and thoroughly explaining the procedure that the patient is interested in. Many patients get a kick out of seeing the mountains of silicone implants surrounding Dr. Gray’s desk.
For our primary augmentation patients, the consultation will include time to “size,” or try on various types and styles of implants. Since Dr. Gray is a leader in breast surgery, he is provided with every type and style of silicone implant that he requests. We find that our method of sizing is very helpful in choosing the right profile and style of implant. We find it much more effective than using computer-generated models. After a consultation with Dr. Gray, patients leave feeling confident and more knowledgeable.

With 13 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, our licensed aesthetician performs skincare treatments, as well as consultations, on location in our MedSpa. Dr. Gray and our highly trained staff also perform customized non-surgical facial rejuvenation, non-surgical skin tightening (BodyTite & FaceTite ), non-surgical body contouring (SculpSure, EmSculpt, SmoothShapes), feminine rejuvenation (ThermiVa), and more. All procedures are designed to leave our patients with beautiful and natural results with little to no downtime.

In our procedure rooms, we perform a number of rejuvenating procedures with less downtime and less invasiveness. This area is the perfect place for patients to relax in a beautiful space with views of Alcatraz while listening to their favorite music during the treatment.
