Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She stated she wanted larger breasts with more fullness at the upper poles of the breasts. Dr. Gray selected high profile silicone gel breast implants to create the look she desired. The breast implants were placed underneath the pec muscle at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Results are pictured 4 months following the procedure.
