This patient presented for evaluation for a tummy tuck. He was displeased with the saggy skin at the lower abdomen after losing weight. He also desired to improve the appearance of his waistline with liposuction. Dr. Gray performed a full tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair and 360° liposuction to remove unwanted fat at the abdomen and love handles. Results are pictured 4 months following surgery.
