This patient desired larger and more symmetrical breasts. Dr. Gray performed a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Breast implants were placed under the pec muscles. Customizations were made to the breast implant pockets to correct her natural asymmetry. Her results are pictured 4 months after her procedure.
