Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the shape and volume of her breast tissue and desired rounder breasts with more pronounced cleavage. Dr. Gray selected high profile silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds. Results are pictured 4 months following surgery.
