Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She desired better breast symmetry and more fullness at the upper poles of the breasts. Dr. Gray selected moderate profile silicone gel breast implants. Two different implant sizes were used to make the breasts symmetrical. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Her results are pictured 4 months after the procedure.
