Description

Previous breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon. The patient commented that her left breast became firm and gradually shifted to the left side of her chest. She desired fuller breasts and balanced cleavage. The patient was given a new pair of high-profile silicone gel breast implants. Once scar capsules were removed, modifications were made to the breast implant pockets to accommodate the new pair of implants and to sculpt cleavage. Results are pictured 4 months following surgery.
