Description

Previous breast augmentation with breast lift by another plastic surgeon. Patient noticed that her right breast became firm and drifted to the right side of her chest. She was displeased that her breasts were not symmetrical and desired more feminine volume and shape. Dr. Gray performed a capsulectomy, accompanied by modifications to the breast implant pockets. The old breast implants were exchanged with a new pair of high-profile silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Gray performed the procedure using strattice to help maintain the placement and position of the new breast implants. The patient’s breast lift was also revised to achieve better breast and areolae symmetry. Results are pictured 4 months following surgery.
