Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sag and deflated appearance of her breasts after pregnancies and desired fuller breasts with well-defined cleavage. Dr. Gray performed a breast augmentation with vertical breast lift to restore volume and enhance the shape of the breasts in better proportions with her body. After reviewing goal photos, Dr. Gray and the patient selected high profile silicone gel breast implants. The breast lift was adjunct to the breast augmentation to elevate the breasts and resize/reposition the areolae. The results pictured here are 4 months post-op. As she continues to heal, her surgical scars will fade to flesh color.
