Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts She desired more fullness with natural take off point at the upper poles of the breasts. Dr. Gray selected high profile silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Her results are pictured 4 months after the procedure.
