Description

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She described having noticed slight asymmetry to her breasts. She desired to make her breasts more symmetrical and fuller. Dr. Gray selected high-profile silicone gel breast implants and placed them under the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. Results are pictured 4 months following surgery.
